Mostly Mozart Festival: The Public Domain

The 50th Anniversary of the Mostly Mozart Festival at Lincoln Center will feature the premiere of THE PUBLIC DOMAIN, by Pulitzer Prizer winning composer David Lang and conducted by Simon Halsey, the choral director of the London Symphony Orchestra.

Lauren joins a chorus of 1,000 volunteer singers who will descend on the plaza this Saturday, August 13th at 5p for the ambitious undertaking.

Visit Yellow Group in the video below as arrive to their first rehearsal. It's come a long way since then! The 5 different strands of several hundred singers each will meet for the first time on performance day to debut the piece.
